ChecklistPRO provides a no-code way to enhance workflow activities with measurable (reportable) structured data along with standardized governance methods. For example, in our Mobile Device Request solution, supervisors could conditionally approve the request by de-selecting objectionable Checklist Items, allowing acceptable items requested to proceed in the process toward request fulfillment (all without the churn of a “reject” and “resubmit” of a new order).
Previously, Data Center assessments were conducted in an external system with PDF results being imported into ServiceNow as attachments. A modernization effort replaced that external system with a custom ServiceNow App leveraging ChecklistPRO. This change simplified the assessment process, improved the reports and analysis capabilities, all with a no-code, easily modifiable checklist. Provides the platform to manage recommendations and project outcomes on the same platform as opposed to managing using a series of different tools.
